GAMETO – Prescreening Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in the GAMETO study.
This prescreening questionnaire is designed to determine whether you may be eligible for a no-cost clinical research study evaluating a new fertility option that could improve assisted reproductive technology outcomes.

The study focuses on In Vitro Maturation (IVM) — an alternative to traditional IVF that avoids high hormone doses associated with side effects and health risks. Eggs are retrieved earlier and matured in the lab, which may reduce the risk of Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS) and shorten the treatment process.
Participants in this study may receive one ovarian stimulation cycle, one embryo transfer (with the possibility of a second), and up to 15 months of monitoring through pregnancy and birth — all at no cost.
